Officer Selection
We seek ex-military and law enforcement professionals. Our selection process results in 3% acceptance. Part of our screening process includes: 10 year background checks, polygraph and psychological testing, and fingerprinting. All officers must have an active security officer license issued through the

State of Florida.

Training
Classroom and on site training include: 
Weapons of mass destruction, terrorism awareness,
powers of arrest, public relations, courtroom demeanor, workplace violence, liability and legal aspects, first aid and CPR, evacuation procedures, chemical agents, patrol techniques, operation procedures, report writing, incident response, conflict resolution and prevention, observation and

description techniques.

Supervision
Supervision is the key to successful security operations. Our supervisors have at least 10 years experience in the security industry. 24/7 supervision to monitor officer standards, review and update post orders, and review daily reports.
Supervisors conduct unannounced inspections, detailed reports, and administer on-site refresher training, and ongoing support to all employees.
