We seek ex-military and law enforcement professionals. Our selection process results in 3% acceptance. Part of our screening process includes: 10 year background checks, polygraph and psychological testing, and fingerprinting. All officers must have an active security officer license issued through the
State of Florida.

Supervisors conduct unannounced inspections, detailed reports, and administer on-site refresher training, and ongoing support to all employees.
